Ms. Gray joins JNT with over 26 years of experience in construction and real estate. A native Texan, she grew up immersed in the development and construction industry, working alongside her father, who instilled in her a strong work ethic and a passion for construction. She began her journey in Commercial Development and Ground-Up Construction, gaining insights into various roles within construction management. In 2001, Ms. Gray expanded her expertise to include multi-family real estate. During this time, she pursued higher education in Business Management and obtained her Texas Real Estate License, which she actively maintains to this day. Ms. Gray considers herself to be a lifelong student of learning, and enjoys continuing her education through obtaining certifications. For her, the journey of learning never ends.

Throughout her career, Ms. Gray has held leadership positions in finance, accounting, operations, and human resources within the real estate and construction sectors, and she has been in management accounting since 2007. She has a genuine passion for business growth and is regarded by many as a trusted business advisor with an unwavering moral compass.
