Ms. Gray is the newest addition to the team and comes to JNT with more than 24yrs of experience in construction and real estate. Ms. Gray is a Native Texan and grew up in the development and construction industry; working alongside her Father and Uncle who instilled a strong work ethic and ignited a love for construction. She began her career in the late 1990’s in Development and Construction accounting, where she went on to learn the many different roles of construction management. In 2001, Ms. Gray expanded her experience to include multi-family real estate. During that time, she began pursuing her higher education, and obtained her Texas Real Estate License, which she still holds active to date. Although Ms. Gray studied Business Management with a focus in Accounting and Finance at Purdue University, she considers herself to be a lifelong student of learning. She enjoys continuing her education and expanding her skill set and holds various licenses and accounting certifications. For her, the journey of learning never ends.

Throughout her career, Ms. Gray has held several leadership roles within the real estate and construction industries and has been in Management Accounting since 2007. Ms. Gray has a true passion for growing businesses and is considered by many as a trusted business advisor with an unwavering moral compass.
